Apprenticeship program

All our detailers go through the same steps!

1. Tagging along

   1. In this step the future apprentice tags along and watch’s our detailer to make sure its something they want to do, if they feel like they will like this line of work then they continue with the process.

   2. the reason we do this is because quality of the detailer is effected by interest so if a detailer doesn’t like detailing they will never hold up to our standards.

2. Chemical Knowledge

   1. In this step the detailer gets through knowledge on our products. This knowledge includes how the products work, why we use these and not others, what they do, and how long they last.

3. Full detail process

   1. In this step we explain our process to complete a full detail to insure nothing is missed and what products to use for certain things.

4. Practice

   1. In this step the apprentice rides with a qualified detailer that has completed all the steps with at least a years experience, and helps the detailer with the entire process.

5. Buffing Knowledge

   1. In this step our detailers learn how to buff a vehicle and produce that All Star Mobile Detailing signature shine and lasting protection.

6. Gas Knowledge

   1. In this step our detailers learn about ozone, what it does, how it works, and how to properly and safely use it.

7. Mold Remediation

   1. This is one of the last steps in our detailing program by the time the detailers fully get here they would have had plenty of experience and knowledge!
